Please read the instructions below on how to use the order form.

  • Click on the above link to open up the word document.
  • Save the document to your computer.

OR

  • Right click on the link above and select "Save Target As" and save the document to your computer
  • From where you saved it open up the word document.
  • For every grey box type in your information.
  • When there is a grey box that represents a date, make sure you use "/" to break up the day, month and year (last two digits). For example 03/01/07 (dd/mm/yy)
  • Where a box says "Click Here" click on it and you will see a drop down menu of a list of options. Choose wisely.
  • Where there is no grey box, please leave blank.
  • Once completed save the word document.
  • You can then either print the form out and fax it to (02) 9290 3574 or you can email the form to niseko@inski.com.au.
  • Please read the conditions of hire before sending the document.
